Karmacode was formed in the early 2010’s thanks to a pick-up league for musicians bringing the earliest incarnation of the group together with a shared love for pop, rock, and timeless karaoke hits.

Creative professionals by day, they bring their business-savvy skills to the art of live performance and entertainment in a way that musicians are seldom known to do - Namely, they’re professional, reliable, and organized.

Their decade plus of musical experience has seen them sharing stages with the likes of Tom Cochrane, Randy Bachman, Burton Cummings, and many other prominent Canadian artists across Ottawa, Montreal, and the surrounding areas.

They regularly perform at weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, Canada Day celebrations, corporate events, and the occasional bar and restaurant. In fact, in 2018 they were awarded with an Ottawa Wedding Award for best “Live Music” act.

The band prides themselves on having a diverse, dance-inspiring repertoire of popular songs that spans from the 1960’s to the present day. They perform a range of genres, not limited to country, rock, pop, disco, and oldies.

The band can be tailored to suit your venue and live entertainment needs as a trio, instrumental quartet, full 5-piece band, and/or DJ. Booking the band and DJ together allows for the most dynamic control, musical variety, and seamless performance.
